Cooking with corriander marinade

200g natural yoghurt
Bunch of fresh coriander liquidised with the yogurt
1 tablespoon full of coriander seeds crushed
6 large garlic cloves crushed
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of salt
Add meat, mix well, cover and leave to sit in the fridge for 6 to 24 hrs
