





Charcoal fired Tandoori clay oven
The door controls the intensity of the heat, so on initial firing the door must be fully open, once the charcoal is alight after about 10 minutes, close the door to almost shut, and let the charcoal slowly burn without the intense heat, keep the oven toped up with charcoal over a 2 hour period, after 2 hrs close the door and cover it with the lid and let the oven cool naturally within its own heat. Do not cook straight after the 1st burn, let the oven completely cool down before you use it for cooking. The soot has to be removed. Click on 3 using the oven.
